Photograph a receipt and Alcheta reads the merchant, the date, the totals, the VAT and every line on it. You check it once, and it is ready for your records or your accountant - in your currency, in your language.
A profile is a set of books. Which kind you choose decides who may put receipts into it, who may see them, and what happens to them afterwards.
Your receipts, your books. Nobody else is in them: you photograph, you check, you keep. Ten scans are free when you start, and after that each reading costs one credit.
The people who spend the money photograph their own receipts, and one person keeps the overview. The company's identity travels with every export, and approved receipts can go straight into your accounting.
One email address can hold a private profile and a company profile at the same time, and the app switches between them without signing out. A lunch on your own card stays in your books; the same lunch on the company card stays in the company's.

Merchant, date, total, VAT and every line, with the tax named the way the receipt names it.
Correct anything the paper disagrees with, switch off what should not count, and approve.

A foreign receipt is converted to your own currency at the European Central Bank's published rate for the day it was issued, not today's.
Line items can be read in your language beside the original wording. The paper's own words remain the record.
Keep the invoice, the warranty or the report with the receipt it belongs to, instead of in another folder.
Any word on any receipt, including the ones you wrote yourself, and it still works without a connection.

A receipt is a record of where you were and what you bought, so it is treated as one.
Photographs are encrypted on our servers under a key tied to your account. Someone with disk access sees ciphertext.
Deleting the account destroys the key that unlocks your photographs, which makes them permanently unrecoverable.
The model that reads a receipt runs on infrastructure we operate. We do not sell your data to anyone.
You pay for the reading, not for the app. A scan is one receipt read by the AI; correcting it, re-reading it, typing one in by hand and exporting are all free.
Prices include 8.1 % VAT. A busy month? Add a pack of scans instead of changing plan: 20 scans 6.90 · 50 scans 14.90 · 100 scans 26.90 · 250 scans 59.00. A pack keeps for a year and is used only once the month's scans are gone.
Company prices exclude VAT and are invoiced with a QR-bill. Two months free on a yearly plan. Extra seat 4 CHF a month. More people, more receipts, or an accountant with many clients - write to us and we will work it out.
Every new profile starts with 10 free scans, so you can see the whole thing work before choosing anything. Paying opens shortly; until then the free scans are all there is to it.
